4th Gala Sida Barcelona

The National Museu d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC) was the venue for this even, that t has reached its fourth edition establishing itself as a key event every year in the city agenda and putting Barcelona on the international map of the fight against AIDS. The Gala has had the participation of a large business, social and showbiz representation, and a special performance by Miguel Bosé, who offered attendees the last concert of his tour Papitwo.

Holding the Gala aims to raise funds for research projects of the Fight AIDS Foudation, and the amount reached, which exceeds the one obtained in previous years, has been of 573,180 euros.

The society of the country has answered to the charity call to help the Foundation in its projects. More than 650 people attended the gala, directed by Miguel Bosé and co-presented by Genoveva Casanova, Gala ambassador, and Boris Izaguirre. Dinner has given way to the last show of Miguel Bosé's tour Papitwo, who shared the stage with Ana Torroja, Rafa Sánchez and Rozalén.

The Gala was attended by authorities as the Vice President of the Government, Joana Ortega, the Mayor of Barcelona, Xavier Trias, and the Minister of Health of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Boi Ruiz. On the social scene, the photocall has had such famous faces as Carolina Herrera, Carolina Herrera Baez and her husband, Litri, Tamara Falco, Manel Fuentes, Sete Gibernau, Cayetano and Eugenia Martínez de Irujo, Judit Masco, Verónica Blume, Martina Klein and Alex Corretja, Helen Lindes, Lucia and Paola Dominguín, Rafael Amargo, Carlos Latre, Silvia Abril, Jose Corbacho, Aina and Marc Clotet, David Delfín or the Tricicle, among many others.

The guest list has had chefs with a total of 14 Michelin stars: Carles Abellan, Albert Adrià, Nandu Juvany, Paco Pérez, Albert Raurich and Josep Roca.

Among the attendees, it is worth mentioning the presence of representatives of AID FOR AIDS Foundation in New York, with whom the Fight AIDS Foundation signed a partnership agreement last November 4.
